Road Work

A road pavement structure is made of multiple layers of processed and compacted materials, in different thicknesses and in both unbound and bound forms, which together form a structure that primarily supports vehicle loads as well as providing a smooth riding quality.

This process typically involves multiple base layers as well as the main surface. Roads can have rigid or flexible pavements. Rigid Pavements tend to have lower maintenance costs and a longer lifespan. They consist of a concrete slab over a thin granular base, with an asphalt or similar topping.

Seal Coating

Sealcoating, or Pavement sealing, is the process of applying a protective coating to asphalt-based pavements to provide a layer of protection from the elements: water, oils, and U.V. damage.

Application of seal coating material. Manual labor including (but not limited to) shoveling, sweeping, and raking. Operate/maintain seal coating equipment for use on parking lots, playgrounds, driveways, etc. Load and unload supplies.

Crack Filling

We fill cracks and potholes for a nice smooth finish Crack filling is an asphalt repair solution for non-working cracks. The materials included are liquid asphalt, asphalt emulsions, and cutbacks. It is a temporary fix that involves injecting a hot sealant into the crack to fill it.

A filler is suitable for non-working cracks located in areas with limited movement. A sealer is suitable for fixing cracks between 0.5-2 inches wide. Once you notice damage, apply it to prevent the crevices from widening or deepening.

Driveway & Approaches

We can pave a brand new driveway or refinish an existing one. We distribute and compact layers of asphalt over surfaces to pave driveways, roadways, parking lots, walkways and other areas aving thus serves to protect surrounding structures and the underlying surfaces against elements related to load bearing, traffic and weather. Uneven drive and parking surfaces pose a risk for the users. Pedestrians can step into holes or indentations in the surface, causing discomfort or even injuries.

There are two main types of road surfaces and pavement construction methods: rigid pavement (consisting of one layer) and flexible pavement (typically made up of multiple layers).
