Surface clean & prep
Sweep, blow, and clean the entire surface. Treat oil spots and patch any open cracks first.
Service
Sealcoating, or pavement sealing, is the process of applying a protective coating to asphalt-based pavements — it shields the surface from the elements: water, oils, and U.V. damage.
What’s Involved
Application of seal coating material involves manual labor including (but not limited to) shoveling, sweeping, and raking. We operate and maintain seal coating equipment for parking lots, playgrounds, driveways, and the rest. Done right, a sealcoat buys you another decade out of an existing asphalt surface.
